The writer polled Texans about what comes to mind when they think of a certain type of food, and then polled nationals of that country to see their response. The results are displayed in venn diagrams with the Texan’s response on the left. The article is an interesting reminder that food around the world is very different than fast food interpretations of it. I was especially interested in the commentary on Korean beef above.
